Academic Appeals Procedures

At Birmingham Newman University, we are committed to ensuring that all students are treated fairly and transparently throughout their academic journey.

We understand that, on occasion, students may wish to challenge decisions made regarding their academic progress, assessment outcomes, or awards. The Academic Appeals Procedure provides a formal route for students to request a review of such decisions, ensuring that their concerns are heard and considered in line with national standards and institutional policies.
