Birmingham Newman University’s Sports Massage Clinic offers a range of soft tissue therapy services delivered by second-year BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Therapy students.
All treatments are supervised by experienced, fully qualified lecturing staff to ensure a safe, professional, and supportive environment.
The clinic provides an essential part of student training while offering affordable, high-quality sports massage to university staff, students, and the wider local community.

Single Appointment (60 mins)
University students: £10
University staff: £15
External clients: £20
Block Booking – 6 Appointments (60 mins each)

All block bookings must be used by the end of the academic year. Appointments cannot be carried over and are non-refundable.
As this is a learning environment, we kindly ask for your patience during appointments, students may check in with their clinical supervisor to ensure the highest standards of health, care, and safety.

Semester 1
Mondays: 4pm to 6pm
Week commencing 13/10/2025 to week commencing 15/12/2025 (closed half term week commencing 27/10/2025)
Semester 2
Thursdays: 11am to 1pm
Week commencing 19/01/2026 to 27/04/2026 (closed half term Week commencing 16/02/2026 and Easter Week commencing 30/03/2026 to 12/04/2026)
