key role in the next phase of our HR systems transformation programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity for a HR systems specialist with strong iTrent expertise to support the implementation of our new eRecruitment solution and help maximise the value of our integrated HR Management System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working within the Human Resources Department and reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources, you will provide specialist knowledge, input and expertise in the configuration, administration and optimisation of the University&#8217;s iTrent system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A significant focus of the role will be supporting and driving forward the implementation of key iTrent modules, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>eRecruitment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onboarding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eSignatures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Survey Builder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The postholder will work closely with external consultants, Digital &amp; IT Services colleagues, Finance (Payroll) colleagues and HR stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, whilst developing sustainable internal capability and embedding best practice across the University.
