The postholder will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the University to develop and deliver an impactful learning and development offer that aligns with the University&#8217;s Vision and Strategy and the priorities of our People and Culture Enabling Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate will have significant experience of designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programmes, experience of developing leadership and management capability within a complex organisation and an ability to identify and implement modern development solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Informal enquiries about this opportunity are welcome.
