You will engage prospective students through targeted communications, personalised outreach campaigns and applicant events, ensuring they receive timely information and support throughout their journey.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across Student Recruitment, Marketing, Admissions, Academic Schools and Professional Services to deliver an outstanding applicant experience. You will support CRM-driven communications, analyse conversion performance data, gather applicant insight and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities and experience of working in a customer-focused environment. Experience using CRM systems and data to support engagement activity is essential.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will also contribute to Offer Holder Days, Open Days, webinars and other student recruitment events.
