Replacement Certificates

If your award is validated by Birmingham Newman University and you misplace your award certificate or require a duplicate copy, you can order one on our eStore.  Duplicate certificates are £30.

We recommend that you check your award certificate/validating institution before ordering.  If you have any questions about your award certificate, please contact the Graduation team: graduation@newman.ac.uk.

If your programme is validated by the University of Leicester you will need to contact the University of Leicester: studentservices@le.ac.uk.

Transcripts

You can request a copy of your final academic transcript through the eStore.  Duplicate transcripts are £10. If you need any further information about your transcript, or have any questions, please contact the Assessments team: assessments@newman.ac.uk.

If you require a copy of your HEAR (Higher Education Achievement Record), please contact the Assessments team.

University References

A formal letter confirming the date you completed your award, as shown on your final academic transcript, can be provided by contacting registry@newman.ac.uk

For all of the above, an ID check will be carried out.
