Birmingham Newman University Shortlisted for Six WhatUni Student Choice Awards 2025!

Birmingham Newman University is thrilled to announce that it has been shortlisted for six categories in the prestigious 2025 WhatUni Student Choice Awards (WUSCA), including University of the Year award.

The six categories Birmingham Newman has been shortlisted for are:

  • University of the Year
  • Lecturers and Teaching Quality
  • Facilities
  • Students’ Union
  • Career Prospects
  • Student Support

The WUSCAs are the largest student-voted university awards in the UK, with over 36,000 student reviews contributing to the results.

These awards celebrate institutions that have made a significant impact on student life and success, based on direct feedback from students.

Vice-Chancellor, Professor Jackie Dunne, of Birmingham Newman University, commented:“We are delighted to have been shortlisted in six categories in the WhatUni Student Choice Awards 2025, including the ‘University of the Year’ category.
