Guest tickets

As a graduate, your ticket to the ceremony is completely free.

All guests will need a ticket to attend. Prices, to be confirmed, for 2025, are:

£23.00 for adults
£13.00 for children aged 12 and under

A small booking fee applies (see below). All prices include VAT.

For health and safety reasons—and in line with Symphony Hall’s policy—every child, regardless of age, must have their own seat and ticket.

How to Book

Guest tickets can be purchased through the Symphony Hall box office. You’ll find the booking link at the end of the Graduation Confirmation task on your OurNewman homepage.

Booking fees

£2.50 per ticket for online bookings
£3.00 per ticket for phone or in-person bookings

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no limit to how many tickets you can purchase.

Accessibility and seating

Guests will be allocated specific seats. Please note that graduates do not sit with their guests during the ceremony.

If any of your guests have specific needs—such as mobility, sight, or hearing requirements—please let the box office know when booking. Accessible seating is available for wheelchair users and one companion. Due to limited space, only one companion can be seated in the accessible box.

If your guests are no longer able to attend, please contact the Symphony Hall booking office as soon as possible.
