If you’re studying at Birmingham Newman University, our deluxe en-suite rooms in Cofton Hall offer the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and community.
Each room includes a small double (three-quarter) bed and a dedicated study area—ideal for focusing on your coursework in your own space. You’ll also have your own private en-suite bathroom.
You’ll share a modern kitchen and lounge area with five other students. It’s a great space to cook together, catch up over dinner, or unwind with a film or gaming night on the shared TV.

*Bed linen, duvet and pillow are not provided. However, you can hire a bedding pack for £25 from the housekeeping department with £15 being refunded when the bedding pack is returned in good condition
