Lead Postgraduate and International Marketing Growth

Birmingham Newman University is growing, and we are seeking an ambitious and experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead integrated marketing activity supporting postgraduate taught (PGT), CPD and international student recruitment markets. This new, exciting role sits within the Student Recruitment team and plays a key part in shaping these growing markets.

This key role will develop, deliver and evaluate data-informed marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, applications and enrolments across UK and international markets.

Working closely with academic schools, international partners, agents and colleagues across Student Recruitment, Marketing and Communications, you will lead multi-channel campaigns spanning digital advertising, content marketing, CRM communications, social media, email marketing and web content. 

You will take ownership of postgraduate portfolio marketing helping to position Birmingham Newman University as a destination for lifelong learning and professional development. 

The successful candidate will use market insight, competitor intelligence and campaign analytics to drive performance, inform decision-making and maximise return on investment across recruitment activities. 

We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional with experience of campaign planning, digital marketing, CRM-led communications, data analysis and stakeholder management. Experience within higher education and international student recruitment would be particularly advantageous.
