Birmingham Newman University are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and proactive individual to join a small but growing student systems development team.   • user testing new developments and changes on student information system such as enrolment, re-enrolment, module registration and graduation;
  • dealing with errors and queries relating to the student database and identifying and resolving issues; and
  • course code creation and maintenance.

We want to hear from you if you:

  • have experience of working within the Higher or Further Education sector and a broad understanding of student lifecycle processes and how a student records system underpins them;
  • possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • a track record of using your strong IT, logic and data skills to problem solve and identify and implement areas of improvement; and
  • want to join a growing and successful University which has committed to make substantive investment in a five-year student records system transformation programme.
